CIIF 2026 | EYOU Robot Joints Power Diverse Industrial Scenarios
From October 12 to 16, the 26th China International Industry Fair (CIIF) took place at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. EYOU Robot presented its full range of integrated joint modules, collaborative robotic arms, and industrial force-controlled dual-arm robots, empowering intelligent manufacturing.
As the first and largest proving ground where robots achieve scaled deployment, factory floors present their own distinct challenges. Material handling and machine tending demand joints that deliver sustained, powerful torque; as loads and task rhythms change, robots must stay stable and run smoothly; and for contact-based operations such as grinding and press-fitting, robots must properly manage the interaction forces between themselves and the workpiece.
To meet these diverse production-line demands, EYOU Robot brought its full range of joint products and industrial solutions to this year's CIIF, committed to making robots work in factories more steadily — and more skillfully.

The PHU enhanced harmonic joint is EYOU Robot's new-generation integrated harmonic joint module built for industrial automation and heavy-duty robots. It delivers start-stop peak torque of up to 800 N·m at the output end, while the force-control version runs an 8 kHz refresh rate and captures external forces as small as 0.01 Nm — combining powerful output with delicate force-controlled interaction.
From material handling to fixed-station assembly, collaborative robotic arms are becoming the most cost-effective choice for process automation inside factories. EYOU's 2 kg collaborative robotic arm demonstrated stable, joint-driven motion through continuous reciprocating movement. Built on the PHU series' standardized joints covering the full 08–40 size range and all load levels, users can freely combine them into collaborative arms with payloads from 2 kg to 20 kg — broader selection, more flexible deployment.

EYOU's 5 kg industrial force-controlled dual-arm robot is developed on the PHU-F force-control enhanced harmonic joints. Moving beyond the limitation of traditional single-point end-effector sensing, every joint has a built-in high-precision torque sensor, so the entire arm accurately reads the working force in real time.
For delicate tasks such as precision press-fitting and curved-surface grinding, even when a workpiece has slight dimensional deviations, the arm automatically yields and buffers the force instead of pushing rigidly and scrapping the part — no repeated fixture teardown and readjustment, effectively shortening line commissioning cycles. On top of compliant, intelligent operation, the force-controlled dual arms also achieve a bidirectional force feedback loop: when the slave arm touches the workpiece, the force sensation is transmitted back to the master side in real time, so the operator holding the master arm can feel the contact force on site simultaneously — making remote industrial work easy to deploy.
