TwinCAT defaults to attempting state transition without waiting for Working Counter (WcState) stability, causing slaves to detect missing output frames. This is especially common in multi-slave + SM mode.
Solution: Enable "Wait for WcState is OK". This makes the master wait for all slaves' Working Counter to confirm output frame receipt before transitioning to OP, greatly reducing watchdog timeout probability.
